How thermocatalytic cleaning works
The unit automatically syncs with your coffee roaster via the app. Smoke is drawn in, heated to over 300°C, and a catalyst effectively breaks down particles, carbon monoxide, and odors into harmless substances like water and CO₂. The result: Completely clean exhaust air without ozone, no odor nuisance – and most importantly: Balanced air pressure that preserves the full flavor and aroma of the beans.
No unbalanced under- or overpressure that can otherwise ruin the roasting (e.g., with manual ventilation).
Easy maintenance – no daily hassle
- A small intake filter is easily cleaned after 3-5 batches (removed and washed in a few minutes).
- The main catalyst lasts about 2 years – replacement costs only 1500-2000 DKK including VAT. Screen and menu in English for seamless integration with your roaster.
