Roast Yourself

Great joy and many benefits
Enjoy fresh taste and intense aromas every time.
Coffee beans maintain their optimal flavor for about 14 days after roasting – that's why the good taste is often already gone when you buy pre-roasted coffee from a retailer.
With certain specialty coffees, unique flavor nuances can develop later.

Coffee roasting in stages
-
1 Choose beans (up to 120g) and fill in the roasting chamber.
-
2 Find the right roasting profile and press start.
-
3 Automated roasting, duration about 5 minutes.
-
4 Switch to the collection cup and pour over the beans
-
5 Let the beans rest for 1-2 days for optimal flavor, or grind and brew immediately.

Grind the coffee just before brewing to get the freshest taste and most aromas.
Consistent grinding of the beans and the right grind size are crucial for flavor and aromas, especially depending on your brewing method.
The grind size affects how quickly water flows through the coffee during brewing. A grind that's too coarse can result in an underdeveloped flavor, while a grind that's too fine can lead to a bitter and over-extracted coffee.
The perfect grind size depends on the brewing method you use.
